All returns for non-defective goods are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for products that are not defective. Defective goods may be reported within 30 business days of the delivery date. To be eligible for any review, a copy of the original invoice or receipt, along with photographic and video proof of the unboxing process showing the product defect and its original packaging, must be submitted to our support team. The original packaging must be preserved for our inspection.
A limited 12-month warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship upon our exclusive verification. All claims must be initiated by contacting our After-Sales Support team within the 30-day window. All items are subject to a rigorous quality inspection by our team to verify the nature and cause of the defect. If our inspection confirms a manufacturer defect, a replacement unit will be issued. If the defect is determined to be caused by the customer, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense, and an inspection fee will be charged. All shipping fees for warranty-related returns and replacements are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Returns are not accepted for buyer remorse, ordering errors, or market conditions. In the rare event a return for a non-defective item is authorized at our sole discretion, a minimum 40% restocking and handling fee will be applied. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must insure the shipment for its full value. All sales of clearance, closeout, or promotional items are final and non-returnable.
This warranty is void if the product shows any signs of misuse, accident, modification, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchasing entity.
